Sienna is a US-expat living and thriving in Spain, an entrepreneur and an educator. Her pivot involved rebranding to totally own her personal brand, inspired by something deep inside her she already knew, some wise words from a friend and the Black Lives Matter movement rising up back in the States.

I met Sienna in 2016 at the Digital Nomad Girls retreat in Jávea, Spain and something that struck me straight away upon meeting her, was how wise she is for her relatively young age, and how much confidence she embodies. Sienna is really so inspiring and shares openly what her life looks like, empowering women to create a life they love too.

Sienna started creating actionable content and offers for the people she wanted to attract, and just like that they started coming to her. But it was something she had to play with and engage her audience on to find out what was going to work. We talked about taking an experimental mindset, because your ultimate vision isn’t going to happen straight away. A poignant takeaway in this age of instant gratification and ‘overnight successes’.

A small change but with a super powerful meaning driving it, Sienna is now elevating her impact under her own – full – name. With so many exciting new things coming, including a podcast (can’t wait!), Sienna’s evolution, particularly into the Diversity & Inclusion space, is timely and allowing her to do work which is completely aligned with her values – and her overarching mission.
